What is the English or Chinese name for this Chinese flower jelly dessert?

I had this lovely sweet in Hong Kong but nobody could give me an English name. The closest I got was seasonal flower jelly.

If you use babelfish (http://babelfish.altavista.com/babelfish... you can get something of a translation which seems to come up with osmanthus as the flower.
