How can I attract Baltimore Orioles (birds) to my garden?

I live in CT, and I saw a Baltimore Oriole in my garden (on my deck to be precise) for the first time this morning. I haven't put out anything special, just bread and a little all purpose bird seed. But we also have several types of flowering plants around the garden. How can I continue to attract Orioles to my garden? What kind of food and plants do they like in particular?

I have a willow tree and several times they have made a nest in the tree, thier nest is woven into the weeping limbs kind of suspended so i think you have to have something like that for them to build thier nest.

They are BEAUTIFUL and the male takes most care of the chicks. They also have a very distinctive song its cool!

Reply:Take a 3' piece of 2x2 put some 3" nails about 4" apart, nail the board to a tree and put slices of orange and marsh mellows on the nails. I do this every year and it works great.
