Hiding. I snuck Up On her and, Said I Got you. She Said she Was Looking for Her Dog. I Noticed my Panzies were wet, I think she was Urinating on them. As she Walked Away she Frowned at me and I noticed Her Underwear were Around her Ankles. How do I stop the Harrassment. She is Mean?

Rejoice, she is adding valuable nitrates to the soil in your garden, Return the favor and add yours to her lawn, flowers, and or drinking water! She might not understand the new found respect you are showing her, so do it after she is sleeping!!!!!!!

Reply:If she is doing it to be mean watch film her then confront her and tell her to stop. If that does not work show the video to the cops and get her for trespassing or something. You could also make dvd's and send them to all the neighbors.

Reply:Tracer - you are a stitch, can't stop laughing. Maybe she was hoping to see your "gun"... She must be the one that has her own telescope to watch you with. Did she also plant the trees? Obviously with her underwear around her ankles, she had no intention of "fleeing and eluding"
Reply:I would plant some Shrubs with thorns, some poison ivy, take some stakes , pound them in the ground with some heavy fishing line tied to them. She will get thorns in her legs, a rash on her you know what and trip while she runs away

Reply:Perhaps she's simply just old, loosing herself and is confused. Instead of calling the FBI, which would be a severe over-reaction, despite the urinated on flowerbed, perhaps trying to contact a family member of hers, or even the local Welfare Centre, or a Nursing Home to seek advice.



Or, maybe she's trying to get your attention. Invite her over for a cup of tea, make sure to have a vase of the flowers in the middle of the table and a clear path to the bathroom.



I don't think she's mean, and unless this isn't the first time she's done something to you, or your yard, it's certainly not harrassment.
