Viniger is hard on the plants. String double sided tap from stem to stem or stake to stake. They will learn quick.

Reply:gravel keeps them from digging into the soil, and cats only want to poo or pee in an area if they can dig into the soil, so if they can't dig into it, they won't pee on your flowers
