How do you keep cats and dogs out of flower garden?

The only way I could keep out dogs and cats was to put up a 3 foot garden fence. My problem was that the rabbits were able to crawl under the fence. Then I came up with another idea. I cut some rose bush stem with stickers on them and put them on the bottom of the fence and no more rabbits.
How do you keep cats and dogs out of flower garden?
land mines.
Reply:put chicken wire around the garden... they will stay out of it.... or even a little fence....
Reply:sprinkle black pepper around the garden, it gonna burn their nose a little but is better and cheaper than poison or fences.
Reply:Get a big jar of Cheyenne pepper and spread it in areas you don't want them. I tryed plain black but didn't help. Water your bed first so it doesn't blow away and don't spread it in wind as it is painful in your eyes.
Reply:Constant attendance to them. Everytime get them out and tell them no. The cat is a lost cause.....
Reply:Ask them nicely not to go in.

You could also put up a speaker that says "bath time" "bath time" that would also work
Reply:poison. They might come in once but they will never, never come back.
Reply:put moth balls all around it, they hate the smell.
Reply:well if you go to petco they have a lot of stuff at the store that helps you keep them out of the garden sprays and powder stuff and they don't harm the animal I know to make so a animal don't go pee in your lawn paper lots of paper black paper animals sniff when they go so if you put that there they wont like the smell and they go away it works for about a week then you have to put more I did it at my house and they stop going on the yard
